Jim Rossignol of RPS fame, and head of indie startup Big Robot, has seen fit to officially release the company’s first game, a game known as AVSEQ. The title being an abbreviation for “audio-visual sequencer”. It’s looking really quite trippy, if you will, judging by what little I’ve seen of the trailer. The premise of this “challenging, abstract action” game revolves around your needing to “link up atoms to obtain a high score”. Most impressively, however, is that of Rossignol’s claim that there is a possible “22 tredecillion” audio permutations to potentially listen to. Crikey.
AVSEQ is available to purchase via the official Big Robot blog for $5. A demo version of the game is also available.
