Risen 2 developer diary goes on the move

It’s looking more and more like 2012 is the year we’re going to be spoiled for choice, where RPGs are concerned. With Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning out in less than a week, and Risen 2: Dark Waters out just a couple of months after, to name only a few, it’s a wonder how we’re going to find enough time to sink into exploring each game’s huge, open worlds and save the worlds from varying degrees of tyranny and evil. I still haven’t even completed Skyrim yet.

The newest developer diary from the Risen 2 development gang focuses on highlighting much of the work that has been put into ensuring that the in-game characters move and react appropriately, and not at all like they’re little virtual puppets being manipulated by digital strings.

Risen 2: Dark Waters is due out in April.
